Transcription of Digital Audio and Video Files Services

The buyer seeks a USA organization to provide transcription of digital audio and video files from English and various other languages into English. The contractor must supply all labor and materials to transcribe content from cassettes, tapes, digital files, CD-ROMs, or other media onto paper or other media. Additionally, the buyer requires backup language services across four categories: telephonic interpretation, in-person interpretation, sign language interpretation, and translation. The buyer requires offsite performance for a contract period of three years. To evaluate candidates, the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
