Technical Education Service

The buyer needs a vendor to provide a technical education service in Washington, DC, to support its industrial hemp market development efforts in India. The vendor must manage a one-year program that reduces misconceptions regarding industrial hemp, increases awareness of U.S. hemp fiber attributes, improves Indian trade knowledge of best practices, and establishes business relationships between U.S. and Indian textile industries. For in-person events, the vendor must secure the venue, audio/visual equipment, production, translators, moderators, and temporary staff. For webinars, the vendor must supply the streaming platform, technical production, registration workflows, and post-event playback. Additionally, the vendor must execute an outreach strategy to reach at least 150 unique qualified Indian textile trade or industry members and support delegation travel for representatives to attend Indian textile industry events. Eligibility mandates onshore USA vendors only, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The contract period lasts one year, and the buyer requests proposals for the budget.
