Security Guard and Outreach Services

The buyer requires a United States organization to provide offsite security guard and outreach services. The selected contractor must conduct foot patrols at least once every three hours to inspect all comfort stations, walkways, and parking areas on the premises. Duties include monitoring the premises for illegal, suspicious, or unusual activities, disorderly conduct, vandalism, and park rules violations. The contractor must offer outreach services to individuals who request them after being asked to leave for violating park rules. Additionally, the contractor coordinates and communicates with state, local, and federal law enforcement and other agencies. If any monitored activity involves a law violation, the contractor immediately notifies the buyer by phone and in writing while coordinating with law enforcement to resolve the situation. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the project budget.
