Concession Services

The City of Carlsbad, New Mexico requires a contractor to provide year-round concession services for government authority fields utilized for youth recreation leagues, tournaments, and special events. The contractor must supply all inventory, utensils, coolers, food products, and necessary supplies while keeping the concession stands clean and well stocked at all times. The buyer maintains the concession building infrastructure, but the contractor assumes responsibility for all other services. Bidders must state clearly how they will operate multiple concession stands simultaneously. The contract covers a one-year period. Only onshore USA vendors qualify for eligibility, and the work performance takes place offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
