RFI for Knowledge Transfer and Information Dissemination Services

The buyer requires knowledge transfer and information dissemination services to support public transportation research, development, and industry adoption. The selected vendor must create a conceptual outline, roadmap, timeline, and an interactive engagement sequence to involve internal and external stakeholders, transit agencies, and the public. Additional duties include identifying adoption barriers, writing clear plain-language content, assisting with research portfolio data and annual reports, developing interactive templates, and establishing an industry knowledge-sharing system through workshops, peer exchanges, training, and online tools. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
