Supported Employment Continuum Services

The government authority in San Diego, CA requires a USA-based contractor to provide countywide supported employment continuum services offsite. The buyer needs the contractor to operate a program that helps adults with qualifying behavioral health diagnoses obtain competitive employment using a community-based, client- and family-driven, and culturally competent approach. The selected vendor must provide Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment Services, utilizing Employment Specialists across all phases of employment services. Additionally, the contractor must attempt to engage Full Service Partnership (FSP) eligible individuals and provide ongoing engagement services—such as clinical, peer support, consumer-operated, transportation, and housing-maintenance services—to maintain their continued treatment and recovery.
