Water Treatment Chemicals and Supervisory Services

Pima County requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide water treatment chemicals and supervisory services for various maintenance shops, central plants, and buildings across the Downtown/Metro, Kino Corridor, Outlying and Mission Road, Central Plant Systems, and Public Works areas. The scope includes routine service as well as non-routine, as-needed chemicals. The County intends to award multiple contracts. Eligibility limits participation to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite from their office premises. The County is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit proposals online through the BidNet portal before October 6, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. MST. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place on September 9, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. MST at the Pima County Procurement Department in Tucson, Arizona. Vendors must submit all questions by September 24, 2026.
