The buyer requires a vendor to provide a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to replace and modernize systems supporting its financial, procurement, human resources, payroll, and related administrative business processes. The county seeks an integrated, efficient, user-friendly solution that supports current operational needs, improves business processes, enhances functionality and reporting, and accommodates future growth. The scope encompasses project management, software installation, security design, business design, software configuration, technical standards, data conversion and migration, analytics and reports development, integration development, software modifications, testing, training, change management, knowledge transfer, system documentation, go-live support, ongoing support and maintenance, and ongoing cloud hosting services. To remain eligible, bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires performance of the work offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided a specific budget amount. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 21, 2026.
