Art Ways Services

The buyer requires artists or artist teams to provide art ways services by developing original artwork for two transportation art and community identification projects. The requested scope includes creating a visual proposal with detailed, well-rendered, colour concepts of the proposed artwork scaled to the project site dimensions. The buyer expects the artwork to create an attractive community gateway, improve blank transportation infrastructure, and remain highly durable and easily maintainable. Vendors perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The buyer requires all questions no later than September 21, 2026. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests a proposal to determine the budget. Evaluation details are not provided in the source text.
