Sporting Events Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide sporting events services, specifically furnishing special effects at all home football games and events in the field, as well as additional home athletics events such as soccer, baseball, softball, track and field, and basketball. Requested services include CO2, cryo, fog, pyro, confetti, and fireworks for all fall home football games, the annual spring game, and other regular season athletic events as needed. Vendors must supply qualified pyrotechnicians to deliver, set up, execute, take down displays, and search grounds afterward to dispose of unexploded fireworks. Vendors must place and test all scheduled special effects at least one hour before venue gates open. Eligibility restricts participation to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer requests proposals for the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 7, 2026.
