Utility Locating Services

The government authority in Prescott, AZ, requires a vendor to provide onsite utility locating services for ongoing projects involving water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. The selected vendor must manage Arizona 811 (BlueStake) locating tickets through the agency system and accurately mark underground infrastructure in the field using appropriate paint colors and marking standards. The vendor must locate and identify pipe types including corrugated metal, asbestos-cement, clay, galvanized, PVC, cast iron, and ductile iron. Additional scope includes utilizing necessary locating technology, documenting completed tickets in the agency system, and coordinating with agency staff and contractors. To qualify, eligible bidders must be a USA-based onshore organization. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the agency currently requests proposals to determine the budget.
