Facilities Condition Assessment Consultant Services

The government authority located in Westborough, MA seeks a consultant to provide comprehensive facilities condition assessment, capital planning, and related advisory services. The buyer requires visual, non-invasive assessments of buildings, site infrastructure, and major building systems across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and related assets. The selected vendor must establish a systemwide understanding of facility conditions, identify deficiencies, estimate repair costs, calculate Facility Condition Index (FCI) values, and deliver capital renewal recommendations, lifecycle analyses, and funding scenario models.
