The buyer requires a US-based vendor to provide onsite janitorial services for its facility in New York. The vendor must supply all vacuum equipment, bags, cleaning chemicals, toilet paper, C-fold towels, and soap. Daily operational scope includes vacuuming or sweeping and mopping all tile floors, the kitchen, and locker rooms. The cleaner must vacuum carpets across designated offices, interview rooms, roll call rooms, patrol rooms, file rooms, clerk areas, and conference rooms. Additional daily responsibilities include emptying all trash, recycle bins, outside trash cans, and shredders; replacing liners; taking waste to outside dumpsters and totes; picking up loose paper or hangers; and sanitizing locker room showers, sinks, and toilets. The buyer accepts digital proposals submitted via email or online and actively seeks budget proposals. Vendors must attend a pre-bid meeting on September 10, 2026. The buyer requires all questions submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
