Public AI Innovation Challenge Services- Budget - 20,000 USD

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide public AI innovation challenge services. The selected team must assign qualified technical personnel to work directly with designated City staff to observe and document workflows, translate City materials into system requirements, configure AI models and integrations, and test the prototype. Additionally, the vendor must document data flows, security controls, and dependencies, train City staff, maintain operational logs, and deliver a workflow summary, configured prototype, and requirements traceability matrix. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The project operates with a 20,000 USD budget.
