Business Continuity Plan Services

Additionally, the vendor must create a business process priority matrix, an application priority matrix, and a reusable business continuity plan template for city departments. The required scope encompasses remote-access capabilities, cross-training opportunities, and the delivery of all raw and summary data to the city upon completing the planning process.
