Co-Developer Services

The government authority in Cleveland, OH requires a vendor to provide co-developer services to create housing developments serving lower and mixed-income families and individuals. The buyer expects the developer to prepare a development agreement for board approval and provide potential sites for housing developments. Additionally, the developer must work closely with the authority to prepare and submit finance proposals utilizing low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, mortgage funding, and other options. The buyer must stay informed, approve all loans, indebtedness, and liens attached to the property, and review and approve the design of the housing communities. To be eligible, the bidder must be an onshore, USA-based organization. The winning vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 14, 2026.
