RFI for Payroll Module and Human Resource Management System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a payroll module and human resource management system. The requested scope includes managing timesheet audit processes through Argos reporting software and processing approved timesheets and default earnings through Banner payroll. The system must support Banner calculations for earnings, deductions, and net pay, audit pay information, create direct deposit files for bank uploads, and refresh payroll feeds overnight to Millennium / FAST. The buyer also requires management of statutory deductions, pension, extended health and dental, accidental death and dismemberment, basic and optional life insurance, short and long-term disability, union dues, association fees, and parking fees. The buyer requires onshore Canada-only eligibility, and the vendor will perform the work offsite. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer requests vendor proposals for the budget.
