Absolute Secure Access Mobility Software

The county requires a vendor to supply Absolute Secure Access Mobility software providing full access to the secure access platform and its features for security, visibility, and connectivity use-cases. The vendor must deliver value-added services, including Internet-based ticket tracking from inquiry receipt to completion, open ticket status, ticket history, and standard or custom ticket information. Additionally, the vendor must process and accept orders via telephone, fax, purchase orders, the Internet, or direct integration with county procurement systems. Only onshore (USA only) vendors may participate, and the selected vendor will perform the work offsite for a one-year contract period. The county seeks budget proposals from bidders. Bidders may submit responses digitally through email or online. The buyer requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
