Safety Data Sheet and Chemical Management System

The buyer requires a safety data sheet (SDS) and chemical management system. The requested scope includes providing access to a continually updated supplier and manufacturer SDS library, robust SDS search and indexing capabilities, user-defined folder organization, version and archive control, and audit trails. Additionally, the system must support container-level inventory management with automated hazard recalculation, barcode and RFID integration, manual entry, chemical mixture creation, control-banding risk assessments, and synchronized mobile access for iOS and Android. The vendor must supply 24/7/365 chemical emergency telephone support, 24/7/365 customer support, an e-learning platform, implementation assistance, and training. Eligibility restricts applicants to onshore United States organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite.
