Graphic Design Services

The Tennessee Tech Football program requires a vendor to provide offsite graphic design services for its social media channels and football program. The selected vendor must create graphics matching the established vision, style, and theme of the Head Coach and General Manager, using existing agency-supplied photographs when requested. The buyer requires as-needed service availability, including nights and weekends, with a strict two-calendar-day turnaround time for both initial graphic completion and any requested revisions at no additional charge beyond the monthly fee. Additional photo shoots are excluded unless authorized in writing. Eligibility is limited strictly to USA organizations. The buyer will award a one-year contract and currently seeks budget proposals. Vendors must submit responses digitally via email or online.
