Advertising Services

The buyer requires advertising services to reach the veteran community and their families within Butler County. The requested scope includes traditional AM/FM radio advertising, broadcast or cable news television advertising, and over-the-top advertising. The scope also encompasses digital advertising across websites, emails, podcasts, streaming audio, and other digital platforms, alongside digital or static billboard displays. Additionally, the selected vendor must manage social media platforms and create monthly newsletter content with regular scheduling. All advertising methods should utilize targeting, data, and research where possible. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026.
