Display Advertising Service

The agency requires a USA-based vendor to provide display advertising services onsite at toll plazas for a five-year contract period. The selected advertiser must design and supply the display advertisement artwork in a specified digital vector file format. The advertiser will install these advertisements on the outside front windows of tollbooths that directly face oncoming traffic, or on other toll plaza surfaces approved in writing by the agency. Before installing any advertisements, the vendor must submit two display advertisement proofs to the agency for approval. The buyer accepts proposal responses submitted digitally via email or online and is currently looking for budget proposals.
