Strategic Planning Services

The buyer requires strategic planning services to design an inclusive, evidence-informed planning process resulting in a strategic plan. The selected vendor must identify strategic priorities, goals, and objectives that align with the organization's mandate, public health standards, and community context. The scope includes reviewing sector trends, fostering engagement across various stakeholders and disadvantaged groups, assisting with future positioning, and producing an actionable strategic plan. Additionally, the vendor must develop a high-level implementation roadmap with quick wins and recommended sequencing. Work performance occurs offsite. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore meet the eligibility criteria. Vendors must register and pay on the tendering authority's website to obtain the unwatermarked RFP document. The buyer seeks budget proposals within the submissions, and vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online. All questions require submission no later than September 15, 2026.
