The buyer requires a partner to deliver day-to-day end-user support across Tiers 1 through 3, remote monitoring and management, patch and vulnerability management, continuous cybersecurity with 24/7 managed detection and response, and onboarding and offboarding automation workflows. For the first phase, the selected partner conducts a structured discovery and current-state review to produce a documented configuration baseline across identity, endpoint management, threat protection, data governance, backup, and access controls. The buyer directs the partner's work while retaining organization-side ownership, prioritization, approvals, and certain administrative actions.
