Printing and Mailing Services

The government authority in Madison, Wisconsin, needs a vendor to provide offsite printing and mailing services. The scope requires the vendor to print each notice on a single 8-1/2 x 11-inch sheet of paper using black ink only. Each notice must be two-sided, displaying English on one side and Spanish on the other side.
