The authority requires a vendor to provide Microsoft Teams Voice (One Teams Voice) services integrated with its existing Microsoft 365 tenant. The buyer seeks a cloud-based telephony architecture utilizing direct routing, operator connect, or an equivalent method, along with full telephony connectivity such as SIP trunking and public telephony network access. The selected vendor must migrate the authority from its existing telephony solution and ensure compatibility with current identity and user management systems, including Azure Active Directory. Required call handling functionalities encompass inbound and outbound calling, call routing, dial plans, caller ID presentation, auto attendant/IVR functionality, call queues, hunt groups, call forwarding, routing rules, and presence-based behavior.
