Milestone Server Software Installation Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide Milestone server software installation services. The scope includes installing .NET 8 runtime and .NET framework 4.7.2, upgrading to XProtect Expert 2025 R2, and installing the latest and legacy device packs. The vendor must verify connectivity between management and recording servers, confirm smart client access and SQL communication, and test alarms, rules, maps, recording, and archive operations. Additionally, the vendor must perform final acceptance testing, cut over from the old management server, and supply final documentation detailing network configurations, RAID layouts, SQL details, milestone system maps, and configuration backups. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA vendors only. The vendor will perform the work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally through email or online.
