Learning Management System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide, configure, implement, and support a user-friendly Learning Management System. The project encompasses software licensing, system configuration, data migration or content upload, user onboarding, ongoing technical support, merchant service integration, and ongoing maintenance. Functionally, the system must support online, blended, and asynchronous learning, registration, attendance tracking, payment processing, resource sharing, communications, and reporting to document participation, completions, and assessment results for up to 2,600 users across seven territory counties. To eligible for this offsite contract, the bidder must be an onshore, USA-based organization. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 4, 2026.
