Affordable Care Act Compliance and Reporting Service

The selected vendor must identify city data, develop a secure file exchange plan, and maintain a secure, encrypted work environment for file sharing and storing project data with city access. Additionally, the vendor must determine ACA eligibility for city employees, retirees, and COBRA members, allocate appropriate IRS codes, generate accurate 1095 forms, and provide a final compliance report with transmission receipts.
