Communication and Public Information Officer Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide communication and public information officer services offsite. The selected contractor must collaborate with the city manager to create communication and social media strategies, draft written communications for the public and media, and serve as the lead media contact. Requested tasks include developing outreach materials in appropriate languages, arranging media interviews, conducting public meetings and press conferences, and preparing a crisis management plan to handle emergencies and unexpected situations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, as the buyer is looking for proposal responses to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
