Trails Inventory Study Service

The Town of Holliston, MA, requires a vendor to provide a trails inventory study service to support informed decision-making regarding trail maintenance, monitoring, and potential natural resource protection closures. The buyer expects the selected vendor to deliver a comprehensive trail inventory and GIS mapping, a trail condition assessment, and an assessment-level trail management plan. The scope of work involves conducting field-based reconnaissance to inventory and map all existing formal and informal trails within the project area using GPS and ArcGIS-compatible methods. The contractor must provide GIS data layers for trail locations, trail conditions and classifications, and identified historic or cultural features that meet MassGIS standards.
