IT Program and Senior Project Manager Services

The government authority located in Minnesota requires a vendor to provide IT program and senior project manager services. The selected vendor must lead end-to-end project management for a suite of IT projects to align with business goals. Requested duties include defining project scopes, deliverables, and timelines; managing project plans and RAID logs; allocating resources; and leading cross-functional teams of internal and vendor personnel. The vendor must also manage vendor relationships, facilitate conflict resolution, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and coordinate contract changes and deliverables with State personnel.
