The buyer requires paper to digital plan scanning services to convert approximately 32,700 square feet of batched pages into digital files. The vendor must scan letter-size documents to a Laserfiche TIFF format at a minimum of 300 DPI and maps or plans at a minimum of 400 DPI, while providing overall scanning resolutions between 300 and 600 DPI in TIFF, PDF/A, or JPG formats. The scope includes duplex scanning, handling small items like receipts, scanning older or degraded files, and performing all scanning, indexing, and quality checking.
