Shorthand Court Reporting Services

The buyer requires shorthand court reporting services statewide across all California counties. The requested scope includes providing Certified Shorthand Reporters to report hearings, formal and informal testimonies or meetings, depositions, video depositions, and real-time reporter services. Reporters must use stenographic equipment and possess high competence to accurately report multiple voice hearings and official meetings. The buyer also requires remote services setup using standard videoconferencing software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or BlueJeans, as well as Legal Video Specialists to handle video recording, web streaming, and associated services. Certified transcripts may be needed upon request. To be eligible, bidders must be an onshore USA organization. Bidders will perform the work both onsite and offsite. Bidders can submit proposals digitally through email or online. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
