The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, configure, implement, host, maintain, and support a scalable, secure, and user-friendly cloud-based case management software. The contractor must migrate data, train users, and supply all professional services, software licenses, interfaces, documentation, testing, and project management required to deliver a fully operational solution. The system must offer accessible online and staff-assisted application intake in English and Spanish, reduce duplicate data entry, improve application-status communication, support various reporting needs, and protect confidential information through strong controls. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the contractor will perform the work offsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and will execute a contract period of one year.
