Faculty Information Management System

The buyer requires a Faculty Information Management System (FIS) for faculty activity reporting, annual reviews, and electronic dossier creation for review, promotion, and tenure. The system must create, store, securely share, submit, and electronically approve files. The buyer needs the system to integrate with Banner SaaS to import teaching and profile data, and to connect with ERP systems, publication databases, grant databases, reference management software, course evaluations, CV migrations, authentication systems, and institutional repositories using secure methods like APIs, Web services, or SFTP. The database must allow data imports from bibliographic services, export and edit files, support third-party account authorization, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and feature a customizable taxonomy for public website visitors to search research expertise and potential collaborators. The buyer accepts proposals from onshore USA organizations only for offsite work performance. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 24, 2026. The buyer seeks proposal submissions to determine the budget.
