RFI for Assessment Platform

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment platform solution capable of supporting division-wide assessment development, delivery, scoring, reporting, and analytics. The platform must offer language supports for English Learners, read-aloud functionality, partial-credit scoring, multimedia item inclusion, and student multimedia responses. Additionally, the system should integrate with Canvas Learning Management System, provide formative assessment templates, offer configurable performance-level results dashboards, and include translation capabilities, preferring human-generated or human-reviewed translations. Eligibility restricts participation to USA-based onshore organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer seeks proposal-based budget information.
