RFI for Digital Evidence Solution

The buyer requires a digital evidence and exhibits management solution for county court and circuit court entities. The requested scope includes supporting secure submission, review, storage, chain of custody, reporting, retention management, appeal-related retrieval, and authorized destruction of digital evidence across a case's lifecycle. Additionally, the solution must support evidence marking, access management, external user submissions, search and inventory tools, case management system integrations, APIs, file handling for large uploads and common media types, security, hosting, encryption, compliance, and test and training environments. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA organization, and all work performance will occur offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
