Pavement Management System Update Service

The buyer requires a consultant to perform a pavement management system update service. The scope of work encompasses five major tasks: project management and coordination, StreetSaver verification and update, an automated pavement condition survey, a review of StreetSaver maintenance treatments, and a final report. The consultant must provide project management, coordination, and quality control throughout the contract. Additionally, the consultant must update the street network GIS layer, perform an automated survey of all asphalt and concrete residential, collector, and arterial streets, and evaluate the existing StreetSaver maintenance treatment library against observed survey conditions. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations, and the contractor will perform the work offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer accepts proposals for the budget and sets a firm deadline for all questions on September 22, 2026.
