Nuisance Sign Removal Services

The buyer requires a contractor to provide nuisance sign removal services to enforce regulations that promote the common good. The contractor must remove unpermitted signs from roadway rights of way and associated areas, deliver collected signs to neighborhood services, and collect political signs located within the authorized service area. Additionally, the contractor must patrol and remove signage from these roadways on a more frequent basis upon request. Work performance occurs either onsite or offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for this procurement and restricts vendor eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations. Prospective bidders must submit all questions no later than September 15, 2026.
