The government authority located in Ontario requires a vendor to provide information technology services to complement its internal team and close coverage and expertise gaps. The scope includes server image backup and disaster-recovery validation with all data resident in state, network monitoring, 24/7 alerting, site reconfigurations, email security, domain protection, SOC-backed threat triage, and shared Level 2 cybersecurity monitoring and remediation. The selected partner must provide Tier 3 emergency support within one hour during business hours and two hours after-hours, alongside optional value-added services for future projects. Only onshore Canadian organizations may apply, and all performance of work will occur offsite. The buyer contract will run for three years, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
