The buyer needs 24/7/365 laboratory testing facilities located within the county to serve walk-in county employees in a timely manner. Requested services include drug tests, breath alcohol tests, confirmation of breath alcohol tests, and physicals. The vendor must perform the work onsite, maintain adequate records on ordered laboratory services and patient profiles, and audit the delivery system. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible for this opportunity.
