EMS Supplemental Payment Program and Cost Report services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide emergency medical services Supplemental Payment Program (ESPP) and Cost Report services for a one-year contract period. The required scope includes project management, County data analysis, report preparation and review, and information submittals. The contractor must guide the County on required documentation, review financial, statistical, billing, and ambulance utilization data, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Additionally, the contractor must prepare a Microsoft Excel-based support file with supporting documentation and submit the completed Cost Report to the State of Maryland reporting portal. For eligibility, the buyer mandates that work occurs onshore within the USA, and performance of the work will be offsite. Regarding budget, the buyer is looking for proposals.
