Strategic Energy Management Services

The agency requires a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) contractor to support large institutional and commercial property portfolios in coordination with agency Energy Efficiency staff. The contractor must kick off a tailored SEM program, provide customers with capability-building services, perform energy baseline analysis, modeling, and audits, and offer improvement recommendations. Additionally, the contractor must develop project proposals based on behavioral, training, equipment rebate, building management control, power factor, or other improvements, while establishing cost reduction milestones to be achieved within a 24-month period. The contractor also provides coordination and compliance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The work requires both onsite and offsite performance.
