The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive communications, creative, marketing, public relations, and multimedia services for a one-year contract period. The requested scope includes communications and marketing strategy, message development, media relations, content writing and editing, public outreach campaigns, advertising, graphic design, collateral production, photography, video and audio production, social media content, audience research, and quick-turn support. The buyer also requires other related creative services as requested. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only and requires offsite work performance.
