Core Business Plan Service

The buyer requires a consultant to provide a core business plan service and perform all work offsite over a five-year contract period. The selected consultant must develop department-level business plans and create a realistic, sustainable five-year business plan for each department and division that aligns with growth, community needs, and strategic priorities. Additional duties include facilitating stakeholder discussions with department leadership, gathering key stakeholder input, using engagement for district executive leadership development, and conducting staffing assessments to establish workforce ratios, benchmarks, and projections. Only USA-based onshore organizations qualify for this opportunity. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
