Professional Planner Services

The City of Clifton, New Jersey, seeks a vendor to provide professional planner services for a one-year contract. The scope of work requires the contractor to analyze existing programs or new program opportunities, provide advisory or response services, prepare semi-annual minority business enterprise reports, and perform regular timeliness monitoring to ensure compliance with program fund expenditures. Additionally, the planner must coordinate with the City Engineer on capital improvement projects, consult with the Legal Department, provide requested documents to auditors, and coordinate activity balances with the consulting accountant and City Treasurer. Work will be performed offsite. Only United States organizations are eligible to apply. Bidders must submit all questions by September 13, 2026.
