Community Development Specialists Planning and Technical Services

The government authority in Clifton, NJ requires a vendor to provide offsite community development specialists planning and technical services for a one-year contract. The selected vendor must prepare the Community Development Year 53 Action Plan (2027-2028) Consolidated and Action Plan, Certifications, SF424, and all other documents required for HUD submission. Additional duties include preparing Environmental Reviews for Year 53 projects and projects resulting in amendments to previous year budget lines, along with conducting necessary planning surveys of eligible areas and projects for inclusion in the 46th through 53rd Year’s Community Development Application.
