Janitorial Service

The Alabama Department of Public Health requires a vendor to provide onshore janitorial services at its facility in Alabama. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite, including emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, vacuuming carpets and mats, and cleaning and polishing drinking fountains and mirrors. The scope also entails dusting and damp wiping horizontal and vertical furniture surfaces, light switches, and doorframes. For the break room, the vendor must damp wipe tables, chairs, counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors, while removing splash marks from walls and cabinets. Floor care requires dust mopping and damp mopping hard surfaces, including corners and under furniture. The vendor must empty sanitary napkin receptacles, damp wipe them with disinfectant, and stock towels, tissue, and hand soap. The buyer provides the trash liners, towels, tissue, and soap. The buyer accepts proposals from USA organizations only and seeks budget proposals from interested vendors.
