Visitor Centre Services

The government authority located in California requires a USA-based vendor to provide onsite visitor centre services to welcome, orient, and inform visitors while promoting County businesses and experiences. The vendor must operate from a convenient, visible location that accommodates at least 25 visitors at once. The facility must feature adequate parking for cars, recreational vehicles, and buses, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible services and restrooms, free Wi-Fi, and space for merchandise and information.
